Buyers Beware: Walmart Melons

Wow! It has been more than a year since I was last compelled to write a buyer beware article, but here we are with one about the attack on Walmart melon, which appears to be occurring with home Walmart's delivery orders.

below are pictures of the damages melons and a copy the comment I posted when requesting a refund for the damaged fruit.

 Comment to Walmart:

One of two cantaloupes was injected with some type of erosive substance that left large round discolor spots. I don't if this is happening in-store by a sick visitor to the store, an employee either in-store or during delivery.

I wish I could say this is happening one one local Walmart, but in truth it has happened is two of them.

The first store is at Walmart Supercenter 201 34th St N. and the second one is at Walmart Supercenter 3501 34th St S.

Generally, I would just request a refund, but now I am pissed off, and I believe that the Walmart’s current CEO iDoug McMillon is who is retire in early 2026, or new Walmart U.S. CEO John Furner need to address this damage of their food products and have the employee be more aware of the public safety and Walmart's public image.

You ask? Are they aware of my posts. The answer is yes for years, so you new comers to this website can stop being uptight, unless you are damaging the fruit. Well, get your arse off my site; because you are not my target audience.

We will be watching.
