I know that things can sometimes get chaotic, especially during this pandemic. However, screwing up people groceries orders shouldn’t become a norm. For my last two Amazon Fresh orders, there have been either items not added, items added I didn’t order, and like in today’s order a ‘Cyrus O’Leary’s 9" Baked Strawberry Rhubarb Pie’ that looks like it has been in the ring with an entire wrestling team and lost. Not only that!!!! The pie looks like someone took a wedge out of it.
Someone should mark bags containing fresh pies and cakes with the message ‘Fresh Pastries, Do Not Shake or Turn over or Remove portions or Stand on Their Sides”, which is exactly what the pie I ordered last night looks like. See photos below.
I have contacted Amazon.com about these repeated messed up Fresh orders and for a resolution.
